When seeking new destinations, while captains of our own ships, partnering with a ‘professional navigator’ can help set our most effective course.
I’m founder and managing principal of Revitalize Business. For over 20 years, I have coached executives, developed leadership programs, trained leaders at all levels, and facilitated complex transformations, achieving bottom-line business and powerful leadership results for clients. My talent is bringing progressive strategies and tactics that are applicable and actionable to today’s complexities.
My previous work as an organization development consultant provided significant understanding and insight into organizational dynamics and culture. I was consistently drawn to the change aspects as she worked to provide cultural, strategic and operational solutions, along with leadership/talent development. My interest in the change process involved me in building strategy and plans for a variety of change initiatives and evolved my decision to specialize in change management fifteen years ago.
I’ve been a transformation consultant for several consulting companies and held Manager, Organization Transformation title at Deloitte Consulting until deciding to work as an independent consultant in 2014.
In addition to my hands on work with clients, I have been a long time student of organization and professional change, exploring behavioral science, neuroscience and positive psychology as they relate to behavior. I have a long-time passion for improving and evolving the common change management approach and process to align with the needs of the digital age. Out of this blend of research and real-world expertise I developed a finger-on-the-pulse, engaging change approach that gets client results.
