Cheryl is founder and managing principal of Revitalize Business. For over 20 years, she has coached executives, developed leadership programs, trained leaders at all levels, and facilitated complex transformations, achieving bottom-line business and powerful leadership results for clients. She is talented at bringing progressive strategies and tactics that are applicable and actionable to today’s complexities.
Her previous work as an organization development consultant provided significant understanding and insight into organizational dynamics and culture. She was consistently drawn to the change aspects as she worked to provide cultural, strategic and operational solutions, along with leadership/talent development. Her interest in the change process involved her in building strategy and plans for a variety of change initiatives and evolved her decision to specialize in change management fifteen years ago.
In addition to her hands on work with clients, she has been a long time student of organization and professional change, exploring behavioral science, neuroscience and positive psychology as they relate to behavior. She has a long-time passion for improving and evolving the common change management approach and process to align with the needs of the digital age.
